The QuantPower help centre has step-by-step answers for setting up and using QuantPower: connecting your broker, your API key and static IP, your first backtest, paper trading, and plans and billing. If an answer here does not solve the problem, you can reach a person by WhatsApp, phone or email.

Key point
Before you contact support about a broker problem, check three things: API access is active on your broker account, your static IP is registered with your broker, and you have completed today's broker login with two-factor authentication.

What you can find here

  • Setup guides: connecting a broker, your API key, your static IP and the daily broker login.
  • Tutorials: step by step, from your first strategy to a running algo bot.
  • Fixes: login problems, rejected orders, and market data or chart issues.
  • Plans and billing: plans, invoices, renewals and cancelling.

Top tasks

Connect a broker

QuantPower connects 100+ Indian brokers, including Wisdom Capital, Zerodha, Upstox, Fyers and IIFL Capital. You log in on your broker's own page, so QuantPower never sees your password. Start with what you need before connecting a broker, then follow the page for your broker, such as Zerodha or Angel One.

Set up your API key and static IP

Under SEBI's retail algo framework, API orders must use an API key issued to you and come from a static IP address registered with your broker. Your own strategies run in QuantPower on your own computer or VPS, so orders leave from your registered IP and your API key stays with you. The static IP rules explain what to register, and how trading APIs work covers keys, secrets and session tokens.

Run your first backtest

Build the strategy, choose a date range and run it with costs included. The backtest tutorial walks through each setting, and reading backtest results explains drawdown, P&L by month and the trade list.

Paper trade before you go live

Paper trading runs a strategy on live prices with virtual money, so no capital is at risk. The virtual trading tutorial shows how to start, and the paper trading page explains what it can and cannot tell you about live results.

Manage your plan and billing

The QuantPower Standard plan is free during the Beta (₹299/month after); Professional is ₹499/month and Ultimate ₹999/month, GST extra. See pricing. Subscription and billing help covers upgrades, invoices and cancelling, and the pricing page compares what each plan includes.

Contact support

WhatsApp on +91 93555 63506 is the quickest during market hours. You can also call +91 97111 30044, Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 7 pm, or email [email protected]. Send the time of the problem, your broker and a screenshot. The contact page has the full details.

No. You log in on your broker's own page, and the support team never asks for your password, OTP or authenticator code. Do not share them with anyone who asks.

No. The static IP rule applies to orders sent through your broker's API. You need it, registered with your broker, before an algo bot or any automated order can trade on your account.

What should I include when I report a problem?

The time it happened, your broker, the strategy or order involved and a screenshot of any error. For an order problem, add the order ID from your broker's order book.

Can support tell me which strategy to trade?

No. QuantPower is software, not an investment adviser. Support can show you how a feature works and help you fix a setup problem, but trading decisions stay with you.
